Looking ahead to our first week in June at the Portland Farmers Market at PSU. We will be featuring our handcrafted rolled ice cream every Saturday from April through December. Rolled ice cream starts with a liquid ice cream base that’s poured onto a cold plate. It’s then mixed with premium ingredients, spread thin, and then rolled.
